As a sales associate you will be the face of our company, highlighting its brand and image while contributing to building its reputation as a customer‑focused organization. You will assist customers, recognize their needs for our products and services, and articulate our purpose in an educational, insightful, and professional manner.

• Customer Service:
  • Proactively engage and connect with customers.
  • Ask questions and listen to customer needs.
  • Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, and STAR card.
  • Cooperate and build positive inclusive relationships; take accountability for your own actions and outcomes.
• Organization:
  • Maintain store appearance.
• Sales:
  • Cross‑sell products and understand store layout.
  • Suggest latest trends and current promotions based on individual customer needs.
  • Upsell products.
  • Learn product features and keep up with latest trends, leveraging company tools and technology to provide confident product knowledge.
  • Use a point‑of‑sales system to process cash, exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit/debit cards, and handle cash accurately.
  • Complete various forms of paperwork, reports, and reconcile.
• Inventory:
  • Be the keeper of merchandise; complete all inventory processes and ensure accurate ticketing. May participate in periodic inventories.
• Dependability:
  • Adhere to assigned work schedule.
  • Complete work assignments accurately and on time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of product merchandise.
• Experience: Retail experience preferred but not required.

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents; effective communication with customers, peers, and management; proper telephone etiquette.
