Assistant Store Manager – Annapolis, Maryland

Full‑time – 40 hours per week

• Support the Store Manager in creating a strong team and a good store atmosphere.
• Maintain a well‑organized and customer‑ready store environment.
• Execute daily operations to a high standard of quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and follow up on team and store performance.
• Develop team members in service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
• Recruit and onboard new team members to support business growth.

• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience in visual merchandising is an asset.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor team members.
• Good communication skills.
