Associate Gallery Leader - Annapolis

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader oversees day-to-day gallery operations and leads a cross-functional team to deliver a luxury customer experience and drive results. This role represents the RH brand through polished communication and appearance, coaches and develops associates, and partners with the People Team on HR and staffing matters. The leader must have a passion for luxury design and the ability to execute the RH design aesthetic while managing priorities and change.

• Lead, coach and develop gallery teams to create a high-performance, customer-focused environment
• Represent the RH brand through professional appearance and polished communication
• Educate teams on product assortment and RH point of view to enhance the customer experience
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Attract and hire talent at all levels and manage staffing needs in partnership with People Team
• Address HR concerns and complex priorities quickly and appropriately

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others and drive results
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail and strategic agility
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery and stock areas
