Overview

Our teammates create an exceptional shopping experience by engaging customers, processing merchandise, and upholding company standards.

• Greet teammates and customers, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Process incoming merchandise and ensure it meets established quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards at all times.
• Complete omni‑fulfillment processes, including Ship From Store (SFS), Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS), and curbside pick‑up.
• Participate in loss‑prevention procedures and complete daily Fed Ex Box Count Audits in accordance with inventory control and loss‑prevention standards.
• Adhere to safety, loss‑prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach and perform additional tasks assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs. repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
• Targeted pay range: $16.50 – $24.50 per hour.
• Start rate may vary based on location, experience, and position.
