• Greet teammates and customers, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Process merchandise received at the store in accordance with established programs and procedures; keep the backroom organized and maintained for accessibility.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards and assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, executing transfers, RTVs, claims, and freight processing.
• Complete all processes according to service level standards and adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs. repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
• Targeted pay range: $16.50 – $24.50 per hour (may vary by location, experience, and position).
