The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Annapolis, MD, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and leading a sales-focused team. This role includes managing staff scheduling, coaching, and performance, while ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales targets and key performance metrics. The Store Manager monitors inventory, merchandising, and store appearance to maintain brand standards and a welcoming customer environment.
Day-to-day tasks involve engaging customers, resolving escalated issues, and promoting AT&T products and services to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Store Manager also enforces company policies, supports retail loss prevention efforts, and prepares regular reports on store performance.
- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create positive experiences and build long-term relationships.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, coach team members, and collaborate with leadership.
- Store Management experience, including supervising staff, driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining operational standards.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
- Proven success in retail or wireless sales environments, preferably in a leadership role.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn and explain wireless products, plans, and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or professional training in business or retail management is a plus.
