Sales Associate – Full-Time & Part-Time

Previous hardware experience is a plus, but it's not required—we provide extensive training from day one.

$15-$18 an hour

• Welcome every customer with friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Help customers find the right products and solutions for their home improvement projects.
• Stock merchandise and maintain clean, organized departments.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently.
• Learn specialty services such as mixing paint, filling propane, cutting keys and glass, sharpening knives, and other in-store services.
• Assist with loading merchandise and support daily store operations.

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused co-workers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle high stress situations.

Sales associates are expected to work at least one evening shift each week and every other weekend.
