Leading research-driven pharmaceutical company who manufacture over the counter generic, prescription drugs and deliver quality healthcare services. This position will be reporting to the Executive Director and based in Ara Damansara.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Insight:
    Utilise medical knowledge to provide insights into product development and positioning.
  • Market Research:
    Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement business development strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration.
  • Partnerships:
    Establish and manage partnerships with healthcare providers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Sales Leadership:
    Lead the sales team to achieve targets, providing training, support, and performance management, both for the local and international business.
  • Marketing:
    Develop and execute a detailed brand plan for the product and its ecosystem to achieve brand and sales growth for the assigned product.
  • Customer Relations:
    Build and maintain strong relationships and good service with B2B and B2C customers, addressing their needs and feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Vendor Relations & Supply Chain:
    Collaborate with the business development team to work alongside vendors and also collaborate on supply chain matters, inventory, and including supply chain matters up until the consumer level.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • People Management:
    Lead and motivate assigned team members, if any.
  • Reporting:
    Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
  • Qualifications
  • Medical degree (MD) with active practice.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of wearable technology and its applications in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
