Territory Sales Manager

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus and Commission

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (e.g., dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas).
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate and inform clients about the benefits of our products.
• Effectively address client concerns and objections.
• Gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at industry events and conferences.

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the medical aesthetics or a related industry.
• Skin Care sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
