Account Executive - Group Sales

Position Overview

Annapolis Blues FC is seeking a driven, outgoing, and results-oriented Account Executive - Group Sales to lead our group ticket sales efforts for the 2026 season. This part-time, seasonal role is ideal for a high-energy individual who thrives on relationship building, sales, and community engagement. The Account Executive will proactively identify, contact, and close group ticket sales for all Annapolis Blues FC home matches.

The executive will report to the Club's Director of Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate group ticket sales through outbound calls, emails, in-person outreach, and networking
• Identify and cultivate relationships with youth sports organizations, schools, nonprofits, companies, military groups, and community organizations
• Sell group ticket packages for all Annapolis Blues FC home games
• Meet or exceed monthly group sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the team's CRM or tracking system
• Coordinate with the marketing and game-day staff to ensure smooth group experiences
• Represent the Annapolis Blues FC brand at community events as needed
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and event process

Qualifications

• Must live in the Annapolis, MD area or in the Baltimore-Washington region during the Spring/Summer
• Prior experience in sales, ticket sales, sports sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication, phone, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with outbound sales and relationship-based selling
• Passion for sports and the local community
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed, especially on matchdays

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,500 a month base pay with uncapped commission

Schedule

• Part-time, flexible schedule
• Season runs March 1 through August (End of Season)
