Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or phone-based sales.
  • Ability to be comfortable in a role where success is measured by daily KPIs (calls made, appointments booked) and bonuses tied to performance.
  • Commitment to strict punctuality and a consistent high-energy work schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound calls to existing and potential customers with enthusiasm and authority.
  • Master the art of the "close" by turning a conversation into a firmly booked service appointment.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Educate customers on their vehicle's needs and overcome objections to ensure they prioritize their service visit.
  • Maintain an organized CRM, ensuring every lead is tracked and every follow-up is executed with precision.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to hit daily and weekly booking targets and conversion goals.
