Showroom Coordinator
Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team!
ScheduleM‑F 9am ‑ 5pm, plus two Saturdays per month from 10am ‑ 2pm.
Responsibilities- Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and develop a lasting customer relationship
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
- Optimally communicate appointment policy
- Manage customer sign‑ins, appointment book and customer job folders
- Maintain bid follow‑up system and prepare literature packages
- Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections
- Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
- Proficient with the following software applications:
Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook - Attention to detail in task‑oriented job responsibilities.
- Analytical thinking and an eye for business
- Strong communication and presentation skills

$15.00 ‑ $23.85
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
