We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Bakery Sales Manager to lead all revenue channels at Sweet Hearts Patisserie — from our beloved walk-in retail experience to bespoke wedding consultations and a growing online business. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of hospitality, creativity, and commerce.

Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses

Preferred Background:
Luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end sales

• Lead all sales channels: retail walk-in, online orders, custom orders, corporate, and weddings
• Manage, mentor, and inspire the sales team including retail staff and wedding specialists
• Build and nurture client relationships from first inquiry to final delivery
• Drive new business through outreach, networking events, and marketing initiatives
• Oversee merchandising and in-store presentation to maximize the guest experience
• Manage product inventory and coordinate with production on order flow
• Respond to and convert inbound leads; proactively cultivate new ones
• Represent Sweet Hearts Patisserie at promotional, bridal, and community events

• 3+ years of sales, retail management, or hospitality leadership experience
• A warm, polished presence and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, bridal, or events is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with CRM systems, social media, and digital sales tools
• Flexible weekend and holiday availability and event-based hours as needed
