What You’ll Do

Run appointments generated by CHR’s canvassing team, digital marketing, and other company lead sources
Conduct exterior inspections and property assessments to identify roofing, siding, gutter, window, door, deck, or storm damage needs
Present CHR’s services, pricing, and financing options to homeowners, and close signed contracts
Self-generate leads through door knocking, personal referrals, networking, and personal prospecting
Manage the full sales cycle from initial appointment through contract execution and customer deposit collection
Collaborate with CHR’s production and operations team to ensure a smooth customer handoff post-sale
Maintain accurate and timely records in CHR’s CRM system for all leads, appointments, inspections, and contracts
Represent CHR professionally in all homeowner and community interactions, adhering to ethical sales practices and applicable Maryland solicitation regulations

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in exterior home improvement sales (roofing, siding, windows, or similar) preferred, but motivated candidates from other sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with homeowners quickly
Self-starter mentality with a track record of generating and closing your own leads
Comfortable working outdoors and conducting property inspections in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic comfort with technology for CRM data entry and tracking
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate homeowner schedules
