The Sales Lead will fully immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and products, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will support both Managers and Sales Associates and is instrumental to the in‑store success.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a caring approach.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all organizational levels.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results.
• Excellent time‑management skills, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• +18 years of age, with proof of identification and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, including standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds.

Salary: $17.45 per hour – $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience.
