Business Development Manager – Annapolis, Maryland

CLA Title & Escrow is growing, and we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our presence in the Annapolis, Maryland market.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is new to sales and looking to get their foot in the door. You do not need years of sales experience. We are looking for someone with the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Build relationships with real estate agents, investors, lenders, and other industry professionals
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and set meetings
• Attend networking events, real estate events, open houses, and industry functions
• Create and post content on social media to promote CLA Title & Escrow and build brand recognition
• Meet with potential and existing clients
• Learn the title and real estate industry
• Help grow CLA Title’s presence throughout the Annapolis market
• Consistently follow up with prospects and build long-term relationships

• Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people
• Willing to pick up the phone and make calls
• Comfortable using social media and creating content
• Willing to attend networking events and get involved in the local real estate community
• Competitive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Interested in building a long-term career in sales and real estate

No Title Experience? That’s Okay.
