• Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands, achieving consistent sales growth.
• Promote products ethically per company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy, ensuring compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings.

Required experience and skills:

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for excellence and willingness to embrace competition.
• Demonstrated persuasion, influence, and negotiation success.
• Documented leadership ability.
• Strong administrative/organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
