• Complete an assessment required as part of the hiring process.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated results‑oriented selling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Mastery of time management, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Age 18 or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; stands for extended periods, lifts 50 + pounds, and arrives on time.

$17.45 per hour to $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience.

• Base salary plus bonus opportunities.
