Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide welcoming customer service while communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, and site teams.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, notifying management and/or emergency services, and documenting actions taken.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, assisting with visitor direction, tenant requests, and reporting suspicious or unusual conditions to the appropriate parties.

+ Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to the Allied Universal supervisor and/or property management, and support site procedures during drills and special events as assigned.

* + A minimum of 1+ years of security experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
