We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Manager with strong global intelligence and risk management experience to be embedded in our Embedded Intelligence Services division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of private sector intelligence, travel risk management processes and technology platforms, and protocol development and implementation.
Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Senior Intelligence Manager, the Intelligence Manager will be embedded as an intelligence and travel security specialist on a half-time basis, and manage other intelligence analysts and programs with the remaining time.

Salary range: $88,000 - $95,000 discretionary on tenure
The Intelligence Manager will be embedded a multinational organization on a half-time basis, providing expert intelligence, travel risk management, and global security support. The following are expected tasks:
- Serve as the designated point of contact for support, advice, and subject matter expertise regarding your clients' intelligence, travel security, and crisis management requirements
- Identify client-related issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement solutions
- Using the intelligence cycle, research, assess, and support the production of written intelligence products that meet client requirements as well as EIS analytic standards
- Produce written and oral assessments that are succinct and include beneficial analysis
- Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management
- Lead daily intelligence products for wide distribution, ensuring the reporting is timely, accurate, actionable, and in accordance with reporting criteria
- Suggest to clients potential improvements to their intelligence and integrated risk management programs and facilitate their implementation
- Manage client expectations by understanding the EIS team and Crisis
24's product offerings and services - Track and report metrics around production and deliverables
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management
Additionally, the Intelligence Manager will likely manage other intelligence analysts and programs. They will be expected to oversee analytical production of multiple analysts as well produce intelligence products independently. The following are expected tasks:
- Oversee the analytical output on the nature of global security threats, the likelihood that they will affect the client's operation, and what the likely affects
- Manage and mentor multiple intelligence analysts
- Implement new embedded intelligence programs, which includes recruiting, training, and onboarding intelligence analysts as well as customizing intelligence products and processes for various clients
- Serve as a subject matter expert to the client to develop and mature intelligence and security programs
- Actively monitor open-source media, third-party subscription services, and other sources in real time for issues that could affect business operations and personnel
