Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Manager with strong global intelligence and risk management experience. The role requires deep knowledge of private sector intelligence, travel risk management processes, technology platforms, and protocol development and implementation.

Location: Annapolis, MD;
Hybrid working
Salary range: $88,000 - $95,000 discretionary on tenure

• Serve as the designated point of contact for support, advice, and subject matter expertise regarding client intelligence, travel security, and crisis management.
• Identify client issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Using the intelligence cycle, research, assess, and support the production of written intelligence products that meet client requirements and EIS analytic standards.
• Produce succinct written and oral assessments, daily threat briefings, and other intelligence products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management to clients.
• Lead daily intelligence products for wide distribution, ensuring reporting is timely, accurate, actionable, and in accordance with reporting criteria.
• Suggest potential improvements to client intelligence and risk management programs and facilitate their implementation.
• Manage client expectations by understanding EIS team and Crisis
  24 services.
• Track and report metrics around production and deliverables.
• Oversee analytical output on global security threats, likelihood of impacts, and potential effects on client operations.
• Manage and mentor multiple intelligence analysts; oversee analytical production; recruit, train, and onboard analysts.
• Implement new embedded intelligence programs, customizing products and processes for clients.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert to develop and mature intelligence and security programs.
• Actively monitor open‑source media, third‑party subscription services, and other sources in real time for issues that could affect business operations and personnel.
• Conduct open‑source intelligence collection and analysis of regional trends and events to provide timely, comprehensive, customized intelligence products.

• Provide consultative recommendations and solutions to your direct reports and the client.
• Manage major projects involving multiple analysts, providing in‑depth and complex analysis through the intelligence cycle.
• Liaise with the client to understand requirements and concerns; anticipate their needs.
• Serve as client’s primary contact for EIS intelligence or risk management program and all cross‑functional support.
• Support daily intelligence products, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable reporting.
• Deliver oral and written threat briefings to client security or business leadership teams.
• Work with client stakeholders effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate prompt, high‑quality responses to client requests.
• Track deliverables and metrics.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on analysts’ production to meet client requirements and EIS standards.
• Engage in cross‑project analysis; share information between analysts; participate in webinars or external‑facing projects.
• Engage daily with teammates.
• Conceptualize, develop, and propose business or intelligence initiatives to support departmental growth.
• Meet with existing or potential clients to portray capabilities and develop opportunities.
• Scope the analytic portion of new or potential client engagements to assist with sales and proposals.
• Participate in sector‑related conferences or speaking engagements.

• Five years of experience in intelligence analysis, travel security or a related field required.
• Strong familiarity with Crisis
  24 (or similar) Intelligence and Integrated Risk Management platforms.
• Customer service experience in a client‑facing role.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision.
• Effective problem solving, time management, and people management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self‑motivated, highly flexible, and self‑initiated.
