The laborer performs tasks that require mainly physical abilities and effort involving little or no specialized skill or prior work experience.
Description- Loads and unloads trucks, and other conveyances
- Moves supplies and materials to proper location by wheelbarrow or hand truck
- Stacks materials for storage or binning
- Collects refuse and salvageable materials
- Digs, fills, and tamps earth excavations
- Levels ground using pick, shovel, tamper and rake, shovels concrete
- Cleans culverts and ditches
- Moves and arranges heavy pieces of furniture, equipment, and appliances
- Assists/helps other Craftsmen
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required: 3 years of experience working in an outdoor or indoor building environment
Preferred:
Microsoft Certification
Able to understand verbal or written direction from lead, supervisor or other craftsmen.
