Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Installation and maintenance of electronic equipment
- Custom installation and setup of various hardware in finished and unfinished residential/commercial (interior and exterior)
- Install, configure, and test surveillance hardware, smart-home gadgets, cabling, etc.
- Able to take direction and use cognitive thinking to complete complex installations solo or as a team
- Solve complex installation configurations on the fly
- Pull and terminate cables
- Rough-in and finish work
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a clean driving record
- Prior experience running and terminating RJ45, Coax, and RJ-11 cables
- Prior experience installing AV industry products (TVs, racks, in-wall/ceiling items)
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, reach, climb
Bonus Points for below:
- Computer networking and WiFi experience
- Knowledge of Control4, Total Control/URC, Lutron systems
- Camera NVR programming/setup experience
- Experience with DSC Security products
