Job Description

M.R. Electricians of Maryland is seeking a Licensed Electrical Service Professional to join our growing service team. You’ll work hands‑on with customers, identify electrical issues, provide effective solutions, and guide apprentices on‑site.

This full‑time position pays $60,000–$120,000 annually

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in residential and light commercial environments
• Provide clear, professional explanations of repair options
• Deliver accurate flat‑rate quotes to every customer
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Train apprentices and model safe, efficient practices
• Inspect and identify additional service opportunities
• Complete all job documentation accurately
• Operate company vehicle safely and follow company policies
• Acquire materials and equipment necessary for each job

• Active Journeyman Electrician License
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Must pass background screening
• Minimum 3 years of electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Familiarity with Service Fusion software a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
