What This Role Is AboutRepair Technicians are responsible for delivering accurate, efficient, high‑quality service that supports an outstanding customer experience.
You will:
- Perform phone and tablet repairs using structured repair procedures
- Execute automotive key cutting and programming services
- Complete battery testing and installation (automotive and specialty)
- Diagnose issues carefully and document completed work
- Maintain organized, clean, and professional work areas
- Follow safety standards and repair guidelines consistently
This role requires attention to detail, accountability, and pride in doing the job correctly the first time.
Pay & Earning Potential- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
- Includes hourly pay, weekend premium, and additional performance-based earnings
- Paid training and company-funded certifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrated hands-on mechanical or technical aptitude through prior work experience, training, or formal education
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small components
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured repair procedures
- Phone or tablet repair experience
- Automotive, electronics, or mechanical service background
- Trade school or technical certifications
- Experience working in structured repair or service environments
- Paid training and certifications
