Job Summary
The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. The role includes overseeing the work of Assistant Installation Technicians to ensure work is performed correctly, communicating with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices.
- Accurately diagnose problems of client HVAC systems.
- Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work.
- Properly perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio.
- Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control.
- Always maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.
- Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean on both the inside and outside.
- Minimum of 3 years HVAC and installation experience.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to customer service excellence and resolving client issues promptly.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $ per year (full-time) or $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
What We DoAll residential HVAC services: gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil‑boilers, geothermal, indoor air quality, installation, maintenance, and service.
