Property Maintenance Technician / Handyman

KRS Property Management is seeking a reliable and experienced Property Maintenance Technician/Handyman to perform repairs and maintenance at residential rental properties throughout Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and surrounding areas.

• Complete residential maintenance work orders independently
• Perform painting, drywall repairs, caulking, and touch‑up work
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Repair doors, locks, trim, cabinets, and other carpentry items
• Assist with turnovers and rental‑ready punch lists
• Troubleshoot appliances and coordinate vendors when needed
• Document completed work with photos and notes
• Communicate professionally with tenants and office staff
• Respond to occasional emergency maintenance calls

• Prior handyman, maintenance, or construction experience preferred
• Experience with drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Basic tools preferred
• Comfortable using a smartphone for work order updates
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

$22–$28 per hour based on experience
