Job Duties:

• Performs repairs to the buildings, grounds equipment and systems and may paint and perform minor carpentry and structural work such as drywall, repair/replacement, and wallpapering.
• Assists in testing fire alarm, emergency generator, HVAC, and other systems.
• Performs scheduled maintenance checks
• Assist inspectors and contractors in the testing, inspection or repair of equipment, utility/emergency systems and structure.
• Requisition s supplies and equipment as authorized.
• Reports supplies and equipment needs
• Maintains tools and equipment in good working order.

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience preferred.
