Install, maintain, service and repair environmental control systems including chillers, air handling units, controls, package units, split systems, exhaust fans, refrigerators, freezers, hot/chilled water pumps;
Involve in Site's predictive maintenance program and perform preventive maintenance;
Install refrigeration and air conditioning systems including compressors, motors, condensers, humidifiers, evaporators, heaters and related components;
Charge refrigeration systems with refrigerant gas and test for leaks; start units and adjust for proper operation;
Maintain and repair electrical and pneumatic systems associated with HVAC equipment; work with various refrigeration and air-conditioning systems and controls;
Perform necessary plumbing procedures to ensure operation of systems and equipment; pass a local background check and obtain NAC/LAC clearance after hire
