Reit Tv in Annapolis, MD seeks a Building Technician II to perform preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting and life safety systems, with on-call duties and a 7pm-7am schedule Friday-Sunday and 15% shift differential.
The role requires five years of relevant experience, certifications, ability to read drawings, and proficiency with CMMS and BAS/EMS. You will report to the Chief Engineer and support subcontractors as needed.
