The Right Start Apprentice is a full-time entry-level technician in training, participating in a 12-month structured program designed to develop technical skills in collision repair. Working closely with a Mentor, the Apprentice gains hands‑on experience, completes I-CAR and OEM certifications, and steadily increases production hours. By the end of the program, the Apprentice is expected to independently produce 40 flat-rate hours per week.

• Partner with assigned Mentor to complete hands‑on coaching, training, and feedback.
• Complete program milestones and I-CAR Non-Structural Pro-Levels 1, 2, and 3 within designated timelines.
• Work 40 hours per week, adhering to attendance policies and program guidelines.
• Properly maintain and securely store provided tools and equipment.
• Support team production with hours increasing consistently throughout the program.
• Achieve independence in producing 40 flat‑rate hours weekly upon program completion.

• Ability to follow structured training, meet deadlines, and complete certifications on schedule.
• Openness to feedback and ability to apply coaching to improve performance.
• Proactive attitude, teamwork, and dedication to safe repair practices.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and adherence to program attendance policies.
