Residential Electrician

$125,000 - $200,000 a year - Full-time

• No Corporate Sales Pressure: We are review-driven, not quota-driven. Ryan is a Master Electrician who refuses to hire pushy sales robots.
• Your Main Focus: Pure troubleshooting, diagnosing, and presenting honest options. We have an elite install team to handle the heavy lifting.
• A Real Piece of the Pie: Stable $25–$30/hr base + 8–10% incentive pay on booked revenue. Our troubleshooting techs easily clear $125K–$200K/yr

• No Private Equity: Owner-operated and built by an electrician who has actually done your job. No hedge fund corporate overhead.

• Take-Home Truck: Fully stocked, modern vehicle with a gas card and iPad provided.
• Zero Material Runs: Our warehouse is fully managed by a Journeyman who handles all materials so you don't waste time.

• Our CSR team books your calls; dedicated dispatch sends you out.

• No lead hunting. No chasing heavy installs. Just run the call and communicate effectively.

• 3+ years of electrical experience (minimum 1 year in residential service).
• Comfortable running service calls independently and building genuine customer trust.
• A professional who knows that solving a problem starts with asking great questions, not giving high-pressure sales pitches.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and able to pass standard background/drug checks.
• Able to commute to our Annapolis office daily (take-home vehicle provided after a brief training/onboarding period).
