Software Engineer L2 - Full Stack Annapolis Junction, MD

Technology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing team!

Telework = 16 hours/week

This is a full stack Software Engineering position. The Software Engineer shall be responsible for developing and maintaining a web application that manages access to HPC resources in a large multi-tenant containerized Kubernetes Linux environment.

• Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
• Experience developing Bash scripts to automate manual processes
• Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks including React
• Recent software development experience using Python
• Experience designing and developing REST interfaces using FastAPI
• Experience with SQL technologies such as MySQL, Maria
  
  DB, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, containerd, and Podman
• Experience with container orchestration technologies including Kubernetes
• Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy services in a Kubernetes environment
• Experience with Git Source Control System

• Experience using the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
• Understanding of OICD or OpenID authentication protocols
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services and Infrastructure
• Familiar with Jupyter Notebooks

An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required. BS + 5 yrs exp.

The projected compensation range for this position is $175K - $200K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
