This includes partnering closely with product, architecture, regional build teams, data center operations, and senior leadership to align priorities, clarify ownership, and accelerate decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing software engineering team.
+ Drive critical execution across cross-functional initiatives with clear ownership, accountability, and delivery discipline.
+ Communicate program status, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to senior and executive leadership.
+ Build strong partnerships across engineering, product, infrastructure, operations, and global delivery teams.
+ Translate complex technical and operational challenges into clear business impact, execution plans, and leadership decisions.
+ Own delivery planning, roadmap execution, and prioritization across multiple programs in a fast-paced Agile and Dev Ops environment.
+ Identify and remove organizational blockers that slow execution or create delivery risk.
+ Partner with architects and senior engineers to ensure platform designs are scalable, reliable, secure, and operationally sound.
+ Improve engineering processes, delivery predictability, operational rigor, and overall team effectiveness.
+ Foster a culture of collaboration, urgency, ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Develop team members through coaching, feedback, career planning, and clear performance expectations.
