This senior role fosters collaboration with other senior engineers for the development of advanced data analytics solutions and agile development projects in support of a high‑visibility mission. The position involves providing technical leadership and guidance on data analytics and agile development projects, as well as collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive mission objectives.

This Program seeks a full‑stack software engineer to develop, maintain and enhance complex and diverse software systems supporting Analytic Missions. The Program has a robust process to ensure quality of products, including DAT, UAT/SME Validation, Smoke Test, and System Level Test (SLT) prior to deploying to production.

• Experience as a Software Engineer with knowledge assisting in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software solutions, with a focus on Linux operating systems.

• TS/SCI w/ FSP.
• Fourteen (14) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

• Expert knowledge of JAVA development in a Dev Ops environment.
• Strong Linux knowledge (must know their way around command line, troubleshooting, basic bash scripting, etc).
• Desired experience with VMware vSphere, Cisco (NXOS, IOS or ACI), Net App storage, Puppet.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full‑time – the work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,200 – $225,975. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
