Job Overview

Erias Ventures is seeking a Software Engineer to join the software development team. The role involves developing and sustaining integrated, feature‑rich capabilities that modernize visualization and presentation tools for mission‑analytic users.

The primary responsibilities include building application features that allow users to view existing data and contribute new information in a collaborative environment. This work supports the continued evolution of mission‑critical tools.

A current Top‑Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, though four (4) years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Erias Ventures provides a comprehensive benefits package, including wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, based on education and years of experience, is $180,000–$199,000.
