Technical Lead, Software Development, Software Engineer

Overview

• Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of work experience
• Strong expertise in JMS, IBM MQ, Linux Java applications using Agile Development Methodology
• US Citizen based on client requirement OR Green Card Holder are required
• Experience with JMS to create, send, receive, and read messages
• Experience with developing Java applications with JMS and Messaging COTs
• Experience with OSGi in installing and developing bundles
• Experience with developing Java applications using Agile Development Methodology
• Experience working in a Linux operating environment
• Technical knowledge in the Aviation community
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software applications
• Experience with developing Java enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with Messaging technologies such as Active
  
  MQ, Rabbit
  
  MQ, or other technologies with publishers/subscribers and topics/queues
• Familiarity with software development tools and concepts (e.g., OOP, Maven, Git, Repos)
• Excellent documentation and writing skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

• You will design and develop critical features within our proprietary software to move millions of messages across the globe
• You will support refactoring our proprietary software to a newer version of OpenJDK
• You will support the rapid development of Dev Sec Ops  pipelines for automated builds and testing in our CI/CD
• You will work closely with the Technical Lead, Architects, and other Software Engineers on a development team to support critical pursuits and opportunities to expand our aviation market

Pay Range Minimum: 120,000

Pay Range Maximum: 137,000
