This senior role fosters collaboration with other senior engineers for the development of advanced data analytics solutions and agile development projects in support of a high‑visibility mission. This position involves providing technical leadership and guidance on data analytics and agile development projects, as well as collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive mission objectives.

Program is seeking a full stack software engineer to develop, maintain and enhance complex and diverse software systems supporting Analytic Missions.

Program has a robust process to ensure quality of products. The process includes DAT, UAT/SME Validation, Smoke Test, and System Level Test (SLT) prior to deploying products to production.

• Experience as a Software Engineer with knowledge assisting in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software solutions, with a focus on Linux operating systems.
• Strong familiarity with programming languages such as Java.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Seven (7) years’ experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of additional Software Engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Backend developer / Dev Ops experience.

• Spring Boot and Java microservices development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend services on AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Optimization of application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaboration with Dev Ops, frontend, and product teams.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting production systems (Cloud Watch, Prometheus, ELK).
• Writing unit and integration tests.

• Design, develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and Java.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services deployed on AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops, frontend, and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using tools like Cloud Watch, Prometheus, or ELK.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph (SP).

Work Schedule: Onsite full‑time; schedule is 9x80 with every other Friday off.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position is $104,900 - $184,920 (state‑specific variations apply). This position is incentive plan eligible.
