We are seeking a Software Engineer with expertise in backend development, assisting with development and execution of test procedures for software components, and generating and reviewing software/technical documentation.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions
• Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects
• Facilitate alignment and clarity on goals, outcomes, and timelines
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Work closely with the Chief Engineer to design feature specifications and build products
• Conduct design and code reviews
• Work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Demonstrate good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance
• Identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area, or systems

This position may allow for partial telework.

A current Top‑Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
