This full-time position requires you to be onsite Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

As the Construction Site Supervisor at Arrowhead Contracting, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our federal construction projects. Your day will begin with leading daily kickoff meetings, where you'll establish the plans and ensure all team members are aligned. You will coordinate subcontractors, oversee site activities, and guarantee the project remains on schedule and meets all specifications.

Your leadership will be essential in ensuring smooth operations, from verifying plan accuracy to liaising with government representatives. This is your chance to lead projects, make a significant impact, and contribute to building something that lasts!

• 5+ years of construction site management experience
• Experience in federal construction projects on military bases
• This position requires travel. Candidates with flexibility and a willingness to travel will be preferred during the hiring process.

While a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience is desired, it is not a strict requirement!
