Role Overview

Manager Trainee at Tower Loan – a full‑time Manager Development Program designed to develop future leaders in consumer finance. In 10‑12 months you’ll gain hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, earning competitive pay and performance‑based incentives.

• Develop proficiency in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build long‑term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending suitable services.
• Provide optional products to existing and new customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the Manager in exceeding office goals.
• Support management duties such as delegating workload, analyzing loan documents, and performing other assigned tasks.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Preferred experience in sales, collections, or customer service.

On‑site. Monday through Friday, 8:30AM–5:30PM, with occasional extended hours and Saturday as needed.
