Position Summary

This role combines hands-on clinical responsibilities with outstanding customer service to ensure each patient receives safe, efficient, and compassionate care from check-in through treatment.

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
Six months to one year of clinical experience preferred
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Pain management or specialty practice experience is a plus
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Welcome and prepare patients for provider visits
Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and medication lists
Assist physicians with examinations and in-office procedures
Prepare, stock, andmaintainexam and procedure rooms
Administer injections within scope of practice
Perform EKGs as directed
Schedule appointments andassistwith patient flow
Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up instructions
Maintainaccurateandtimelydocumentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Collaborate with physicians and team members to provide exceptional patient care
