HR Support Specialist

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

• Handle the filing, storage, and retrieval of HR documents
• Enter a high volume of employment records into our HR databases
• Make travel arrangements
• Support the HR team in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
• Participate in HR process improvement initiatives
• Assist with projects and coordinate activities
• Other duties as assigned

Must have a passion for excellence.

• Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong editing skills (grammar, word usage, and spelling)
• Strong customer service skills
• Neat and professional in appearance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced office environment

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field.
