• Supervises the daily activities of support staff or production team members.
• Has at least one direct report.
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work with other supervisors.
• Problem solving guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance from manager.
• Exercise consistent discretion and judgment.

• Supervises daily financial activities and functions across accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury.
• Ensures compliance with governmental rules and regulations.
• Forecasts and manages cash flow to meet company needs.
• Monitors creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; ensures financial data is recorded accurately.
• Oversees the budget process and collaborates with managers to produce and manage effective budgets.
• Leads and directs other employees; responsible for personnel actions such as hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from HR Directors & General Managers.

• Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5‑7 years’ experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Critical professional and technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Preferred education and experience: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred discipline/major: Business, Finance, or Accounting degree.
• Knowledge, skills & abilities: Corporate finance, financial management, financial reporting, fiscal management, accounting software, financial analysis software, leadership skills, decision‑making skills, oral and written communication skills.

• Must be able to remain stationary at a desk and/or computer for extended periods.
• Work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

No travel required.
