As our Body Shop Manager
, you’ll be the engine that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll lead a skilled team of technicians, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure every vehicle leaves our shop looking showroom-ready.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing body shop team
• Oversee daily operations to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Ensure top-quality repairs and adherence to manufacturer standards

• Manage estimates, scheduling, and workflow like a pro

• Proven experience in collision repair or body shop management
