Heat Seal Operators
Wages: $18 - $22/hour
Duties / Responsibilities- Operate heat sealing equipment to bond materials
- Adjust temperature, pressure, and timing settings
- Inspect seals for durability and quality
- Maintain production pace and meet output goals
- Follow all safety guidelines
- Experience in manufacturing or similar role preferred
- Ability to monitor and adjust machine settings
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks
Schedule:
Full Time Monday - Friday
Hours:
6 AM to 2:30 PM
Work Environment:
Warehouse
- Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hour shifts in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials up to 50 lbs
- Repetitive use of hands and arms, including grasping, reaching, and handling materials
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment around machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for operating equipment and handling products
- Ability to safely operate or work around industrial equipment
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection
