Summary
Sets up and operates, with assistance, a variety of machines common to the trade by performing the following duties.

SkillsLANGUAGE
SKILLS:
Ability to read and write English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and blueprint readings.
MATHEMATICAL
SKILLS:
Ability to use precision measuring instruments and ability to use advanced shop math
OTHER
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Computer experience required to maintain mold status. Must have the ability to get along with coworkers and work in a team environment. Detail oriented.
Minimum of 3 years experience being involved/hands on with Injection Molds.
Strong Mechanical knowledge. 2 Years Crane experience a must.
Machining capabilities is required (Manual Milling Machines, Manual Lathes and surface grinding )
Experience with Electrical and Hydraulics.
Tig Welding is required. Hours must be flexible, Overtime and call-ins maybe required.
Physical DemandsThe following are the physical demand for the Tool Room Department; must be able to lift at the minimum of at least 50lbs. off the ground; must be able to work on feet for majority of an 8 hour shift; must be able to wear safety glasses where required and walk and climb stairs.
