POSITION SUMMARY

As an integral member of our production team, you will be tasked with performing essential manual labor along the production line. Your role will involve not only operating machinery but also actively troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely while adhering to the highest quality standards. This position demands a significant commitment, as it will require you to stand for extended periods of time, engaging continuously in various production-related activities.

Your contribution will be vital in maintaining a smooth workflow and meeting production targets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Efficiently operate production line machinery, various tools, and computer systems to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
  • Carry out equipment change-overs with precision to transition between different production setups, guaranteeing minimal downtime and maintaining production efficiency.
  • Utilize and operate mobile equipment effectively to support roll time optimization and address production requirements in a timely manner.
  • Thoroughly clean and maintain the work area, including all tools and equipment, to ensure a safe and organized environment that promotes operational efficiency.
  • Safely turn off and lock out machinery and equipment when not in use, adhering strictly to safety protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Carefully follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and established procedures to produce high-quality products consistently.
  • Promptly report any issues related to quality, processes, equipment functionality, and materials to the Production Supervisor to ensure swift resolution.
  • Perform all tasks in strict accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures, maintaining a commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
  • Provide hands‑on job function training to colleagues as required, fostering a collaborative working environment and enhancing team skill sets.
  • Safely use hand tools with a strong emphasis on adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Must possess the skill to read and interpret drawings and blueprints accurately, allowing for efficient execution of tasks and a clear understanding of project specifications.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize workload effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
