• Support the Head of the MDF Department in daily supervision of the production process,
• Monitor the achievement of production, quality, and efficiency goals,
• Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization solutions,
• Collaborate with production, logistics, quality, and other departments of the organization

• Higher education or currently studying (preferred fields: wood technology, material engineering, production technology, or related fields),
• Professional experience is not required—we focus on commitment and willingness to learn,
• Interest in production technology and industrial processes,
• Responsibility, accuracy, and ability to organize one’s own work,
• Readiness to work in a production environment
