We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Nurse to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and experienced in delivering personalized care to individuals with a variety of medical needs. This is a Full-time position.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care in a home setting
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Offer emotional support and education to patients and families
- Current and valid nursing license (LPN or RN, as applicable)
- Previous private duty, home health, or bedside nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently in a home environment
